Saturday Practice, Snow, and Good News!

Had to post this beautiful snow shot! I love how snow "knocks around" our normal lives. It slows us down, brings out the child in us, and is just plain gorgeous! Yes, we need to be safe and careful. So be careful, have fun, and get your run on! (Or walk on!) I had the best practice of the season today - - it was a total joy in the snow!

We have our second corporate sponsor onboard thanks to Jennifer Mars! Thanks "Associated Behaviorial Health Care" for donating to Beads for Education. Great efforts everyone!

We've lined up some fun destinations for our Saturday practices. Each week I will repost the destination with directions. Our plan is to meet at 9:30a.m. Here are the dates and places:

January 28th - - Lowell Riverfront Park (60 minute practice)

February 4th - - Woodland Park Zoo (70 minute practice) Shhhh - its Rod's birthday!!!

February 25th - - Langus Waterfront Park (100 minute practice)

March 10th - - Greenlake (120 minute practice) Twice around we go! How about lunch afterwards?

March 24th - - Lord Hill Park (100 minute practice) Thanks Pat for the suggestion! Don't forget it's "hill" week!!! Go BEADS!

April 7th - - Sammamish River Trail (140 minute practice - Ugh!!!) We will park next to the Red Hook Brewery, do our training and collapse with a good plate of food and a beer!
That's our line up! Pretty cool, huh???
Don't forget our practice begins at Run 26 this Thursday at 6:30pm. The "epic" snow is suppose to be subsiding by then! If the way is clear and you feel comfortable please come join us!
The address again is:
Run 26
15603 Main Street B 106
Mill Creek, WA. 98012
